The spacious lodge offered a stunning lakeside view that captivated us right from morning. Dinner in the restaurant featured delicious gourmet salads and attentive service from Laura, who ensured our needs were met. At the wedding, food was served hot with generous portions, and the staff seemed genuinely dedicated to making everything run smoothly. it would have been helpful to have some basic supplies like teabags and milk, as there weren't any available upon arrival.

average stay with comfort but small inconveniences
The family room felt cozy due to the wooden cladding and had comfortable pillows. The shower provided excellent water pressure, making for refreshing washes.
The short walk from the accommodation to the reception can be a hassle in bad weather.

Couple getaway, with a touch of flaws
The lakeside location was just something else, we really enjoyed the calmness and beauty of it all. And the staff were super friendly too. Our room was a Classic Double, very comfy, made it easy to unwind at the end of the day.
The price was on the higher end, but overall, it was okay.

Improve lighting in the dining areas, especially for seniors.

Had an amazing time with my friends! We went on a Water Safari in the Hawk Rib Boat and loved every minute. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is stunning, and we really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Just a tip, cleaning could be slightly improved in some areas.
I found our room a bit outdated and it could have used a thorough cleaning. One bed wasn't working properly, which was a bit disappointing during our stay.

The beautiful location offers a serene view across the bay, making it picturesque. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of fresh items. dinner service was slow, with a significant wait for starters and undercooked chips, despite the complimentary drink. The pool was quite cold initially, and while I appreciated the spa facilities, it was a surprise that the temperature was so low.
